Jacob Schwartz
Jacob leads the creative vision of 3J Pictures, developing original stories and directing films that explore mystery, human connection, and emotional transformation. He oversees the studio's creative strategy, ensuring every project contributes to a cohesive and enduring body of work.
Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
John Wilson
John oversees the business behind the stories, leading operations, finance, legal strategy, partnerships, and distribution. His focus is building the infrastructure that allows bold creative ideas to become sustainable productions.
Head of Cinematography & Production
Joshua Aucoin
Joshua shapes the visual language of 3J Pictures through cinematography, production leadership, and visual storytelling. He collaborates across every stage of production while developing as a feature filmmaker through the studio's slate.
